How do I get cash for my clothes?
Bring your used clothing to Ooh La Loft, and you will receive cash or a check on the spot for the items that we choose to buy. We pay you 35% of the price we will sell the item for in the store.
How do I trade my clothes?
Instead of taking cash for your clothes, you can choose to trade. You get 50% of the price we will sell the item for in the store. We give you a trade certificate that you can use to purchase
any item in the store.
What hours do you buy and trade?
We buy and trade every Monday from 10-6pm. You don’t need an appointment. If you are in a rush, you can leave your items at the buying counter and return to collect your cash or trade after a few hours. Depending on how many people are ahead of you, you may have to wait for up to half an hour for the staff to look through your items.
What is your return policy?
You have seven days to bring an item back for store credit. The tag must be attached and you must bring the receipt as well.
How is buying, selling and trading good for the environment?
Americans dispose of over 4 billion tons of worn clothing and textiles annually and EPA studies show 5% of our landfill is full of clothes.
What we buy:
We buy fashionable, high-quality women’s clothing. We select only merchandise that we think our customers want to buy. This means that the items should be:clean and without spots, holes, or odors, current, fashionable and in-season in good condition, with zippers that work and no missing buttons. We buy the brands and designers that are popular today!

Cute and trendy items that are in "like new" condition and that are laundered and ready to be put out. Items that are in season and in current trend. Cowboy boots, leather jackets, cashmere sweaters, designer jeans, vintage items that are in good condition, boutique style clothing or Nordstrom quality.
What we are NOT looking for:
Forever 21, Gap, Walmart, Kmart, or Target brands. We are not buying evening gowns, childrens clothing, out of season items (ex. tank tops in the winter), business wear, slacks, items with any stains or holes.
